Even it's been approved, the bailout plan keep inviting pro and contra, specially to those who doubting the effectiveness of it, I my self somehow though it supposed to help, if its only CAREFULLY implemented on a right way and with the right plan... or else it will be a waste...

See? What started as a wall street crisis soon turn out to be a global crisis because US$ already become a trade or exchange rate world wide, like it or not, it's gonna be a snow ball effect.
